Purpose:

  • To provide teaching that connects abstinence and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
  • To remind the Christian overeater that abstinence requires a spiritual solution.
  • To encourage the Christian overeater to read and study the Bible in order to grow in their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ.
  • To be a place where overeaters of any faith can come to learn more about Jesus.
